Helicopter Above the State Streets in Concord (off Pine Hollow Road)
A helicopter is circling above the State Streets in Concord, which is off Ygnacio Valley Road & Pine Hollow. Officers are apparently looking for about 8-10 people at Highlands Elementary. We'll post more as soon as we get more information.

Two men die in helicopter crash
The small helicopter carrying two men crashed at an airstrip in Jaspers Brush about 3.55pm (AEDT) on Saturday, police said. The helicopter was on fire when emergency services personnel arrived. The two men on board died at the scene.
